KYC Sports Fulfillment Policy

Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Standard processing time is 1-3 business days for in-stock items.

  • Custom orders, including fully customized sticks, may take 4-8 weeks depending on production schedules.

  • Orders will remain in a pending status until the item is ready to be shipped. Once shipped, the order status will change from pending to fulfilled.

Shipping & Delivery

  • KYC Sports offers domestic and international shipping.

  • Estimated delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method. Standard delivery timelines are:

    • Canada & U.S.: 5-10 business days

    • International: 10-21 business days

  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, package size, and weight.

Tracking & Order Status

  • Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has been shipped.

  • KYC Sports is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

Custom Orders & Pre-Orders

  • Custom orders (team sticks, personalized gear) require full payment upfront.

  • Once production begins, custom and pre-orders cannot be canceled or modified.

  • Orders will remain pending until the item is ready to be shipped, at which point the order status will change to fulfilled.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If an item arrives damaged or incomplete, customers must report the issue within 5 days of delivery by contacting our support team at Support@kychockey.ca.

  • Proof of damage (photos of product and packaging) may be required for claims.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Non-customized, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Custom or personalized products are non-refundable, except in the case of manufacturer defects.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Warranty Policy

KYC Sports provides limited warranties on composite hockey sticks against verified manufacturing defects only. Warranty coverage varies by product line as outlined below.

45-Day Limited Warranty

  • Skyline Pro 2

  • Phantom X Pro 2

Exception:

  • Custom orders using the 330g option remain covered under a 30-day warranty due to the custom-weight construction process.

30-Day Limited Warranty

  • Skyline Pro

  • Phantom Pro

  • All LT models (Senior, Intermediate, Junior, Youth)

No Warranty

  • All Clearance items are sold as-is and are not eligible for warranty coverage.

Effective Date

  • These warranty terms are effective January 1, 2026.

Warranty Claim Submission

All warranty claims must be submitted by email to:

Warranty claims must include:

  • Proof of purchase from KYC Sports or an authorized dealer

  • Clear photos of the defect, including the full stick and close-up images of the affected area

All claims are subject to review and approval by KYC Sports.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or impact beyond normal gameplay

  • Improper storage or exposure to extreme temperatures

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect performance

Warranty Shipping Costs

If a warranty claim is approved, the following replacement shipping fees apply:

  • Canada & United States: $25 CAD

  • International: $50 CAD

KYC Sports reserves the right to repair, replace, or offer an alternative solution at its discretion.
